A Look Behind the Curtain

The New York Times has a terrific story this morning regarding the workers’ compensation system of New York State.  It is pretty balanced (shockingly) and really gives you a feel for the dysfunction involved in workers’ comp.  We don’t do a whole lot of workers’ comp anymore but the majority of our firm came up through the comp ranks. I don’t know of anyone who was sad to move along.

This is almost as interesting as the series on the Long Island Railroad.
